Northside Christian Academy is a private Christian school in Charlotte, N.C., and a ministry of Northside Baptist Church. We are located a short distance from Matthews and Concord. NCA has named Ashley McGuirt as the new varsity girls’ basketball coach. Coach McGuirt brings to the Lady Knights a passion for the game she has been playing since she was 4 years old.
Unger Helps Build Robot
NCA’s 10th grader, Ryan Unger, is in the FRC (First Robotics Competition), which a part of FIRST for 9th – 12th graders
. FIRST robotics is an international robotics competition that is designed to spark an interest for science and technology in kids and teenagers.
