Your child’s most important learning begins at birth, with connections between language, sight and sound that will influence learning and thought for the rest of life. These early years, from birth through preschool, are a time of incredible learning, and your child learns more during these years than he or she ever will again. Influencing every aspect of your child’s learning is the preschool environment you choose. The environment develops certain cognitive skills and emotional skills, having a long-term effect on later life.  Because of this, Northside Early Learning and Child Care provides a safe, stimulating world for your child to learn these necessary skills.

Northside has been offering quality preschool child care to families in Charlotte, N.C., since 1967.  We operate under the GS 110-106 church-licensing system.  We comply with and meet all state rules, policies, and procedures, as well as all county health/sanitation and fire inspections.  You will find our preschool’s facilities to be very neat and clean and the environment to be friendly, loving, and caring for your child.  Northside’s preschool child care begins at six weeks of age and continues through 1 year old to 2 years old.  The A.E.L. department consists of 3 year olds and 4 year olds.
