Elementary
The Elementary School, grades kindergarten through fifth, provides a structured educational setting, while inspiring a love of learning and a growing awareness of God in the students' daily lives. Through our mission and our core values of wisdom, honor and truth, students are encouraged to build a strong foundation of love, trust, respect, kindness, acceptance and caring for others as well as for themselves.
Northside Christian Academy views students and teachers as image-bearers of God, and this philosophy guides and directs the relationships in the Elementary School classroom. Recognizing each child's distinctive abilities, the teachers model Godly respect, leadership, decision-making and cooperation in all aspects of the classroom setting.
Our nurturing environment instills Christian values while providing students with the opportunity to grow and mature academically and socially. With smaller class sizes, our teachers readily encourage and challenge students to fully develop their unique gifts and talents. Through active participation and discovery, students learn to approach all areas of their education with confidence and increased independence.
