Let’s rejoice together over good news as well as pray together when our alumni family is in need.

 Upcoming Events

Co-ed Alumni Softball Game on April 24th at 11:00 am. - We are pleased to announce that this year we will have a co-ed alumni softball game!  The game will be held at the softball field nearest to Romans Road.  This is a change from the original location - on the invitation that you received in the mail it said baseball field, however, it has been changed to the softball field.  Please email pamela.starkey@northsidecharlotte.com or call 704.599.9015 to say that you will be coming so I can plan for enough snacks and drinks for everyone.  Spectators are encouraged!

 Recent Events

Homecoming 2009 - A great time was had by all at Homecoming 2009! The stands were packed with alumni and friends. The evening began with a parade that included our alumni of the year, Bobby McGraw and Julie Lawrence Rodriquez. Prior to the game against the Westminster Catawba Indians, our male alumnus of the year, Bobby McGraw, delivered the invocation and one of our alumni, Erica Clark did a beautiful job singing the National Anthem. A special tent was set up for our alumni to mingle and eat. We would like to thank Mr. Libby for the delicious food he prepared for the evening. A highlight of homecoming is the crowing of the queen and this year Megan Hicks was crowned the 2009 homecoming queen. Both of Megan’s parents, Butch & Susan Hicks and her sisters’, Georgia and Kaitlyn graduated from NCA. Many alumni came out to reconnect with old friends and staff and enjoyed reminiscing and looking through past year books. The Lord has truly blessed Northside Christian Academy through the wonderful families He has given us over the years. Thank you for your love and support of our school and for the encouragement of your presence.
